Through a partnership with Trip Pak Express, Bibby Transportation Finance is able to provide expedited funding. Most factoring companies require you to overnight your original documentation, slowing down your funding timescales while increasing your mail fees. They require you to wait for funding while your driver mails or return with the documentation, and then you have to create the invoice, and lastly, overnight the document to the factor.
Bibby Transportation Finance eliminates this process, drastically decreasing the time and money spent on invoicing. Instead of waiting for your drivers, simply have them drop a Bibby issued envelope with their documentation in one of 1,200 different truck stops with Trip Pak mailboxes. The documents are scanned and posted on the internet nightly so by the following morning you will be able to view the driver’s Bills of lading online. This scanned information is legally considered original documentation so you can confidently create your invoice and email it to our office. Funds will be released no later than 24 hours upon receiving the email.
