Fuel Card Program
Our renowned fuel card program, the Bibby Fuel Card gives your drivers an easy way to pay for fuel, maintenance, or any fleet-approved purchase at over 4,600 locations across the U.S. and Canada.
Fuel Card - Savings
- Cash price on fuel purchases
- Reduce fraud, lost/stolen cash and unauthorized purchases
Fuel Card - Control
You control the way your drivers spend company money. You set limits on what drivers can buy, where they can buy it, and how much they can spend. Then, we enforce your limits electronically. Plus, you can "reset" or change limits any time.
Fuel Card - Flexibility
The fuel cards allow you to add funds as you need to. This option works like a personal ATM/debit card. Once the balance reaches zero, just add more funds. You can also use balance-based cards for settlement distribution, and they can use the funds as they see fit.
Fuel Card - Security
The Bibby fuel card is very secure. You decide what security information your drivers must produce before a transaction is authorized. And, if a card is lost or stolen, it's easy to "turn off". Plus, drivers don't like to carry large sums of cash. With this card, they don't have to, and that's safer for everyone.
Fuel Card - Convenience & Flexibility
Our fuel card is easy to use. Your drivers don't have to keep up with cash and multiple credit cards. Instead, they have one card for fuel-ups, tune-ups and travel related expenses.
PlusChek (tm) Services
Perfect when funds are needed, but cards aren't accepted. PlusCheks are accepted anywhere checks are. They aren't "live" until you activate them, and even then can only be used for the exact amount you authorize.
Fuel Card - ATM/Debit Service
Your drivers can use their Bibby fuel card to access cash at any PLUS® Network ATM or Interlink® debit site.
Fuel Card - Cash Advance
Your drivers can use their Bibby fuel card to withdraw cash at truck stops. When an ATM isn't available or a check isn't feasible, funds can be dispatched to a card and authorized for withdrawal at any participating truck stop. Fuel purchase isn't required, so your drivers can simply stop, get the cash they need and keep going.
